Delicious
Great for keeping track of favorite URLs/links across multiple computers. I no longer use the standard Favorites bar and only use the delicious add-in. Now, instead of worrying about re-creating the Favorites across multiple computers, I just do it once with the Delicious plugin and it auto-updates all my computers with the favorite.

Trillian Astra
Trillian may be downloadale software, but they also have a web version where you can access all your instant messaging services from their web application as well. Very useful for organizations whose firewalls block IM services. Instead of figuring a work-around for that (such as a proxy) you can just use Trillian's web version. Beyond that major benefit, the desktop version also has support for copy/paste of pictures, drawing on a white-board, video, etc. Although, this functionality only works when the other IM user (the one you're talking to) has Astra as well.
